What you can expect from all meal prep sessions:

Standard Package Details:

My personal chef calendar has openings for standard package weekly clients! All my services are meal prep-style and take place in the client’s home. Please fill out my contact form to inquire.

Packages are custom-designed to suit each client’s needs starting at $485/session for 3 mains and 6-8 sides that you can mix-and-match for lunches and dinners all week. Most clients find that prep gets them through 3-5 days depending on the number of people in their household, portioning preferences, and how much space they like to keep in their fridge for other food. Breakfast, snack, and dessert options can be added to any weekly package for an additional fee.

Package prices increase with the number of dishes and servings requested and the overall complexity of the menu along with any applicable travel costs for clients outside of Oakland.

I am based in California and my service area includes Oakland, Piedmont, Berkeley, Alameda, Emeryville, Albany, and El Cerrito. The cost of ingredients (usually $175-275/week) is added to your bill after the session.

  • short-term (including postpartum or recovery from surgery/illness)

  • gift sessions

  • biweekly or monthly freezer prep sessions (these sessions focus on more one-pot and freezer-friendly meals that you can defrost on your busiest days while supplementing with fresher items)
